The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Inc. (EIN-34-1925042) is an IRC Section 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware. The College is dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public’s understanding of the practice of employee benefits law.
