Gloria W. Nusbacher

Gloria Nusbacher is a former co-chair of the executive compensation and employee benefits practice of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. She has more than 25 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, with a particular focus on executive compensation, stock-based compensation plans, and securities law issues affecting benefit plans and executives. She has also advised on corporate governance matters. Gloria has been an active member of the Subcommittee on Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits and Section 16 of the ABA Business Law Section's Federal Securities Law Committee for over 20 years and has served on the drafting committee for numerous ABA comment letters and interpretive requests, covering topics including the Section 16 rules, proxy disclosure, S-8 registration, and Rule 701. She was the scribe for the annual ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits meeting with the SEC staff for over ten years. She has written and lectured extensively on various aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits. Gloria received a BA, magna cum laude, from Barnard College and a JD with honors from Columbia University Law School, where she served on the Law Review.
