We are pleased to announce the
FOURTH ANNUAL ELLEN A. (NELL) HENNESSY
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS MOOT COURT COMPETITION

This year’s problem will address the evolving ERISA case law regarding fiduciary status of plan service providers and the fiduciary duty to monitor them. It will also explore the enforceability of plan limitations periods for challenging claim denials.

Date and Location of Competition:

  • Saturday, March 27, 2021
  • This year's competition will be held via Zoom

There are eight teams from the following law schools scheduled to compete:
