Ms. Broach is Of Counsel to the New York City law firm Broach & Stulberg LLP, where she practices labor, employment and employee benefits law. She represents collectively-bargained employee benefit funds in plan administration, government compliance, and litigation. Ms. Broach also serves as an arbitrator and court-appointed independent fiduciary of employee benefit plans. She is a member of the Bars of the States of New York and California. Ms. Broach is active in the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, where she serves as Union Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee. Previously she served as Union Co-chair of the Sub-Committees on Civil Procedure and Discrimination in Employee Benefits of the Employee Benefits Committee. She has also served as Union Co-Chair of the Section's Membership Development Committee and Committee on Pro Bono Work . She is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. Ms. Broach is a frequent lecturer on labor, employment and benefits law topics. She has been an adjunct instructor at the New York School of Industrial and Labor Relations of Cornell University and its joint program with Empire State College, State University of New York. She has also served as a faculty member for the ABA National Institute on ERISA Litigation and the ABA National Institute on ERISA Basics. Prior to forming Broach & Stulberg LLP, Ms. Broach was a partner at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard, P.C.
