Nancy Keppelman

Nancy Keppelman is a 1978 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School who began specializing in pensions and employee benefits at a large Michigan law firm in 1982. Nancy became a fellow in ACEBC in 2002. Nancy is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America for employee benefits expertise, and is among four Michigan lawyers given the highest rating in employee benefits law by Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business. She is a past member of the Tax Council of the Michigan State Bar Taxation Section and is a frequent speaker and author on pensions and employee benefit matters. She is past president of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan - Washtenaw Region. She is a frequent speaker on pensions and employee benefits for numerous professional organizations including ICLE, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. A contributing author to the first edition of "Michigan Business Formbook" (ICLE), Ms. Keppelman is the editor and a chapter author of "QDROs, EDROs & Division of Employee Benefits on Divorce, a Guide for Michigan Practitioners" (ICLE 2d ed)
