Paul M. Hamburger is a partner in the Washington, DC, office of Proskauer Rose LLP and heads the DC Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and ERISA Litigation Practice. Paul has been practicing for 27 years in employee benefit matters advising employers, trustees and administrators on all types of employee benefit matters and is a frequent author and speaker on employee benefit issues. Paul has served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center teaching the LLM tax course on ERISA Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Benefits Law Journal, a member of Thompson Publishing Group's Health Plan Advisory Board, and the Advisory Board for HRWebAdvisor.com. He is also the author and contributing editor of three loose-leaf services published by Thompson Publishing Group: Mandated Health Benefits: The COBRA Guide, Pension Plan Fix-It Handbook and Guide to Assigning and Loaning Benefit Plan Money.
