Brad concentrates his practice on ERISA litigation, fiduciary responsibility matters, qualified pension and profit sharing plans, Internal Revenue Service audits, Department of Labor investigations, and representation of plan service providers. Brad has spoken numerous times on qualified plan and fiduciary responsibility matters and has testified before the United States Senate Finance Committee concerning retirement security issues. Brad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.
